Thankyou for a wonderful Christmas party night. We had a fabulous evening and are so impressed with everything - the food, the entertainment, decorations and ambience! I am just writing to tell you how much my group from our ladies club enjoyed themselves at our Christmas meal on the 15th December. Everything was perfect - the food, the entertainment, the decorations, the whole staff were so friendly and efficient.

The circular tables were such a good idea and made it easy for all of us to chat to each other. We have just had our first meeting of the new year and members were saying what a good evening they had and could we book again this year.

Christmas Party Details - 2011

If you have never visited Cooling Castle Barns at Christmas you are in for a surprise, we treat the Barns to a facelift during December so that they sparkle and twinkle and are full of true traditional Christmas spirit. We aim to provide all of our guests with an evening of celebration where they can eat drink and be merry with their work colleagues, family and friends. Whether your party is large or small, book a table and come and join us for a party you will still be talking about long after it finishes.

Christmas Parties

Price per person £42.50

Cooling Castle Barn will be transformed into a crystal & ice extravaganza during December 2011. We will whisk you away to another world where everything glitters and glows with the spirit of Christmas.

The evening starts at 7.30pm when you will be greeted into the Heritage Barn with a welcome drink of winter Pimms to ease you into Christmas and help you to wind down and relax. Once everybody in your party has arrived you will be escorted to your table in either the Fathom or Tithe Barn where dinner will be served.  Along with our renowned hospitality, you will enjoy a delicious home cooked festive meal, which will be freshly prepared by our innovative chefs.

The barns start to rock at approximately 9.30 when the lights are lowered, the D.J plays great music and the roof is raised. It is now that everybody lets their hair down, struts their stuff and parties the night away.

So bring along your family, friends or work colleagues and be surrounded by fragrant pines, twinkling lights and flickering candles. Why not come & join us and start your Christmas in style.

Booking Information

A non refundable or transferable deposit of £10.00 per head is required to secure a booking. Payments can be made either by cash, cheque or credit card. All prices include VAT. Payment in full is required by 30th September 2011. Reservations after this time must be paid in full. After full payment is made we are unable to make any refunds unless we are able to rebook the seats, in which case you may have to share a table. Unfortunately, in order to ensure that all party groups are sat together on the same table or adjoining tables, we cannot accept bookings for less than 8 people.
