Wedding Package Prices
To see what is included in our prices for the different types of function, please see the details web page. We are very flexible and can provide many different types of event. If you require something a little alternative or have specific requirements please telephone us and request a quotation. If the minimum number exceeds your guest list and you would prefer a smaller, more intimate ceremony, please have a look at the mid week wedding package where the minimum number is 30 guests.
April to October Prices:
Saturdays
The price for a wedding reception (a detailed list of what is included is in the wedding brochure) is £9,900 for up to 80 guests, additional day guests above this number are charged at £56.50 per person. This price includes an evening party for up to 150 guests. Additional guests to your evening reception are charged at £10.50 per person.
Fridays, Sundays & Bank Holidays
The price for a wedding reception (a detailed list of what is included is in the wedding brochure) is £8,680 for up to 80 guests, additional day guests above this number are charged at £56.50 per person. This price includes an evening party for up to 150 guests. Additional guests to your evening reception are charged at £10.50 per person.
December Prices:
Our December weddings include all Christmas trees and Christmas decorations.
Sundays

November to March Prices:

This price includes an evening party for up to 150 guests. Additional guests to your evening reception are charged at £10.50 per person.

Other Options:
Additionally, there are lots of other options available and we can accommodate many other different types of Weddings, Receptions, Parties and Celebrations. Maybe consider a more casual affair such as a late ceremony leading straight into an evening party with a buffet, B.B.Q or hog roast, or alternatively, a late ceremony with a black tie dinner.
Please Note:
Children under 10 years cost £25.00 per child, if over minimum guest numbers. There is no charge for babies.
Civil Marriages, Receptions and Partnership Registrations are held at cooling Castle Barn every day. No matter what style of wedding you choose and what day of the week that you select, you will be the only couple getting married as we will only host one wedding each day. The price is inclusive of VAT, there is no hire or facility fee, there are no hidden charges and there will definitely be no price increases once an agreement has been made.
