Set against a backdrop of the picturesque Kentish countryside, Cooling Castle Barn is an extremely versatile venue within close reach of London and the surrounding areas. A combination of our three uniquely beautiful barns enables us to accommodate many varied activities on the premises. Whether your need is for a small intimate boardroom retreat, a large space for an AGM or maybe a creative space for a product launch – we have the facilities and the commitment.  

With every conference and function our staff take personal pride in being part of a team that provides a friendly and seamless service to our guests.  Our vast past experience guarantees attention to detail (in preparation and on the day), which enables the organisation of your function to be trouble-free. Although there are excellent transport links to Cooling, we also have accommodation on site for delegates to stay if needed.  

At Cooling Castle Barn, there are a number of ways to organise/book your conference. We have ready-made conference packages, which include the items listed and are charged at the quoted delegate rate. Alternatively, we can provide a customised quote for the more unique function or a corporate hospitality event.
